Sorry do not wish to do the survey but would like to say that my husband and I visited the East Grinstead Pets at Home prior to getting our 1st ever puppy, not knowing what we needed for her. We were met at the door by Holly who helped us join the Puppy Club and then escorted us around the store advising us and helping us to choose all the items that a puppy could need from a bed to a brush.

I called into my local store in Crewe yesterday team were happy and friendly as always but when I came to pay I produced my loyalty card along with my blue light card but was told I can’t use my blue light card without photo ID so I found some then was told it had to be NHS ID card , I work in a care home the blue light card covers many different workers I don’t understand why my card was not taken please look into this .regards sharon
I went in store today, Chingford E4, to buy a hamster and all the essentials that are needed for the hamster. I was greeted by Narmeen and She then helped me choose which hamster would be best, Richard who was extremely patient and knowledgable took me all around the store to pick up what was needed for the hamster, he gave me great hamster advice and hamster welfare advice and was also patient in us changing our minds with which hamster we wanted, he made sure we were happy with our choices and also advised us on care for the hamster. Narmeen dealt with me again at the till and was so kind.
Both Richard and Narmeen at the Chingford branch honestly deserve a pay rise and recognition for their patience, dedication and 10/10 customer service Unlike the other man in the store who rudely told Narmeen he was too busy dealing with deliveries to deal with me and I will ‘have to wait’.

Me and my partner were in store tonight almost closing time and needed puppy food the girl named Beth was so approachable helpful and happy to help us , I forgot my card which would offer me possibly some discounts but it wasn’t a trouble for her to get my details up on the system to help get us some savings. She also went to get our free puppy food and brought it too us , we bought a bed for Ramos our pup and some rabbit food and treats, service like this makes us want to come back wish every retail experience was like this, just a lovely helpful girl. So nice to have some feedback to her to know that. 😊
