I visited my local store at Holyhead,Anglesey yesterday the 27th May with my 83 yr old mother & was served on the till by Bev…My mother is an old fashioned welsh lady,who is hard of hearing & her english is not the best,when she put her items in front of Bev`s till,Bev heard me speak welsh to my mum,immediately Bev spoke welsh with mum which made her feel more comfortable & confident..I have nothing against the english language,but my mum`s happier conversing in welsh,it`s a nice change for an employee to actually treat a customer with respect & a pleasant manner…I can only congratulate Bev for her kindness towards mum & myself & Wilko for being represented by Bev,a very satisfying and pleasant experience,thank you soo much…

It didn’t start in a good way because the delivery people‘Hermes’ delivered to wrong address. I received an image of a location & google map proving delivery that certainly wasn’t mine. To make it worse it was raining. ( The Hermes guy must have been new to Job) After contacting both Hermes & Wilko about problem. About hour later my delivery box from Wilko appeared on my doorstep safe & secure although a bit wet. It ended well. (Order No: 001259956617) order date 1/11/21 amount £35.30 del: 8/11/21).
