Liam from Colchester pizza express is an asset to your company. Very cheerful and couldn’t do enough.
The restaurants are good, however the pizza sold in a box to home cook are inferior. Try a Gino D’Acampo pizza for a proper hot bread base and lovely toppings not a base that is a large rich tea biscuit. Gino’s are bigger too and not overpriced.
Had a meal with my wife and two granddaughters at the Fort Kinaird venue and the food was excellent and the service first class. Also the manager came and spoke to us and made our stay a memorable one. 15/10/2012.

Usually excellent, this evening visit was unpleasant. Walked in at 6pm and asked if they had room for table for two and they directed us to window seat. As we sat down we were told we had to leave before 7. Only stayed because my daughter really wanted to as for her this is a big treat. Our main course arrived finished before her starter was finished, and the waitress asked if we wanted a quick dessert. She did and I asked for the bill. We were in and out in 53 minutes. On leaving there were four empty tables next to us and I questioned the waitress why we were hurried through our meal. Fortunately Hertford has many lovely eating places so no need for us to return.

Delicious meal with my mum at your bradford Broadway branch. Meena served us and did a great job! The gluten free pizza was amazing and I was totally impressed with the cleaning regime. Getting into all those nooks and crannies and using paper towels rather than cloths or wipes! Excellent job Pizza Express!
