  2. went to B&Q Bridge of Dee for laminate flooring . The lady on front desk was very helpful as
    I could not find what I was after she looked it up on line and directed me to the right aisle (sorry don’t know her name ) Then I was helped by Ian (replen) who carried the laminate flooring to my car. both members of staff where very very helpful. Thank you so much.

  3. Visited B&Q in North Shields looking for a particular item and told by various members of staff that you didn’t sell this item. Becky came to assist and found the item and was extremely helpful , and patient throughout. A delightful person and made my whole experience of visiting the store so much different . A real assett

  4. Went to the Bolton Branch yesterday to purchase a shower base. Only one was left on the rack. The box was damaged. Asked for assistance to make sure the unit was still in good condition. Keep in mind these bases are very heavy. Joey and his trainee Fleur assisted my wife and I. They proceeded to check the unit, re wrap it , push it through the store and ring up the bill. Further more Joey with Fleur pushed the unit to our car and loaded it. This is possibly the best service we have ever had in B & Q. Joey was polite , knew his products, and went above and beyond in the service he gave us. He was a credit to the training program too. Im sure Fleur will learn a lot from Joeys dedication to the job. A wonderful experience.

  5. Went to B&Q at Kirkcaldy. Managed to get most things, they couldn’t make up quite a lot of the paints we wanted. Aaron at the till was lovely, as was the blonde lady helping him
