  3. Went to Warrington store with my son looking for a suit. The shop assistant called Denise was very attentive. She helped him find correct size & gave him time to try all suits on often going in stockroom a few times looking for larger sizes

  4. I went to Next in Leicester Highcross. The staff called Pui looked after me, as I had couple of returns to return. The way she handled everything and also not to mention the patience she had. Hats off to her. It was very busy and Pui dealt with the situation perfectly well.

Lskeside doncaster today 9th November, looking for item , found one too small , Julie went upstairs to try find my size , to no avail but brought other items in my size , didn’t want them so she went on line to a few next outlets to try to find me the one of my choice but still no , but that lady was exceptional a credit to your store , really nice to deal with and very helpful, could do with more like her

  8. I came in Basingstoke store today and Charmaine Tomlinson from homewear was so helpful I was with one of my clients who has learning disabilities and Charmaine was showing them the products rather then myself which is what I loved as you don’t often find that.
    When it came to paying my client went round the till point but Charmaine didn’t batter an eyelid and started speaking to her as I paid for the items. Very good customer service, so good my girl didn’t want to leave. Thank you for making it a good and happy shopping experience.

I came to Next for my father suits .I am going to Pakistan for wedding .I ordered hai suits from Next .I lost the receipts to exchange suits .A person called Farukh helped me .He was so nice ,helpful and kind .He exchanged them as a good Will .It took us 2 hours to find the right suits right sizes .I will say it seems like a mission but he kept so calm and humble and helped me out of the way .I am soooo grateful to him and Next for hiring such a good people .Who are helping us in a right way .All the Managers we’re so cooperative they knew he was helping me and busy ,they took charge of the tills and let him help me .A big big thank yo to the team and to Mr Farukh .Bless you all .

  11. Went to purchase a Suit Max was brilliant as I was not sure on the size. He was a great help with recommendations and in advising alternative designs just to get the fitting we wanted which was out of stock. We took what was a available and ordered the matching items to be delivered. Thanks max .

  12. Went to Wembley outlet inNext store. Bought shirts and trousers, wasn’t sure about returning policies and staff was so helpful to explain and helpful to help me with sizes. Recommend Wembley outlet shopping centre.

  14. We went to Next Robin Park, Wigan, the customer representative called Jonathan was very helpful. Bought my graduation suit, Jonathan listened to us and was always polite and pleasant. Always professional and cheerful.
